The winner of Miss USA 2024, the 73rd Miss USA pageant, was announced on Sunday, August 4 at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles.
Shoe designer Jojo Bragais and former Miss USA titleholders Carole Gist and Lu Parker were the judges for the event.
The competition kicked off with a series of eliminations, narrowing down the initial 51 contestants to 20, then to 10 and ultimately to the top 5 finalists.
Miss Kentucky, Connor Perry, secured the runner-up position in the competition. Miss Oklahoma, Danika Christopherson, took home the second runner-up title.
The title went to 22-year-old Alma Cooper, a US Army officer, Miss Michigan and a data scientist studying at Stanford University.
